Surfing Skills

Surfing is a water sport in which athletes stand on a surfboard, or use webs, kneeling boards, inflatable rubber mats, rowing, kayaking, etc. to ride the waves. No matter what kind of equipment is used, athletes should have high skills and balance ability, and be good at long-distance swimming in wind and waves.

Surfing is a sport in which an athlete lies prone or kneels on a surfboard and uses his hands to draw to a place suitable for the waves as the starting point. When the wave pushes the surfboard to slide, the athlete keeps the surfboard in front of the wave peak and stands up. His two legs are naturally opened in front of and behind (usually the balance leg is in front and the control leg is in the back). His two knees are slightly bent to follow the waves and slide quickly.
